Bell Ringer: What are the equations for photosynthesis and respiration?
photosynthesis: carbon dioxide + water + sunlight --> glucose + oxygen
respiration: glucose + oxygen --> carbon dioxide + water + ATP
Next we went over the structure of the heart and lungs and discussed how they work. We watched the following animations that explain how the heart and lungs work: Heart and Lungs We labeled a diagram of a heart. We then discussed how the structure and function of the heart and lungs relates to cellular respiration. Then we completed a CRT review packet that will be due on the first day of CRT testing for your class. A-day May 2nd and B-day May 3rd.
