Bell Ringer: List the 4 basic parts of a flowering plant and describe their functions.
First we took notes on flowering plant parts in our science journals (please copy the whole thing).  Then I passed out plant morphology packets and we completed a short lab where we used the packets to classify leaves.  Next we completed a worksheet about the internal anatomy of leaves.  We also spent time reviewing plants, organ systems, and the leaf structure as a class.
